You may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported to our team within this 7-day period.

Condition of Returned Books
Returned books must be in their original condition.
Books will not be eligible for return if they have been:
• Used, written on, highlighted, coloured, or marked.
• Torn, folded, stained, or damaged after delivery.
• Altered or modified in any way.
• Returned after the 7-day return period.
Alpha Brains reserves the right to inspect returned books before approving a replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or replacement, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:

• Name of the book
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos or video showing the problem
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Replacement
If your claim is approved, we will normally offer a replacement for the damaged, defective, or incorrect book.
If the same book is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund, where applicable.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Alpha Brains, such as receiving an incorrect or defective book.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on your original payment method or financial service provider.
Return Shipping
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective book due to an error from our side, Alpha Brains will cover the applicable return or replacement delivery charges.
Returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy may not be accepted.
Change of Mind
As books are printed educational products, we do not normally accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the book.
Please carefully review the book title, level, description, and other product details before placing your order.
Sale & Promotional Items
Books purchased as part of clearance sales, special promotions, or discounted bundles may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
